Go-Ahead run many of the London area buses. What else needs to be said? They are part of the problem, NOT part of the solution. Get rid of fixed contract payments from TFL to the bus contractors, and the number of empty buses polluting our roads would be dramatically reduced.
The worst transport company of London. Buses are very old and usually dirty. You can wait 20 min. for the bus and then it won't stop. The worst service that I've ever met is on the route 493.
