Mr. Gilpin is no longer working to retiring with a medical emergency in August 2023. Chris Machin who took over Don Gilpins work as Don was going into Decline left "very suddenly" and failed our case by either being over worked or just plain bad. Buster Monarco also bailed out and left the office and our file in a shambles and now we can't get our legal file even though we paid close to $5000+. We have been deserted and we have filed with the NM bar association to notify and get some legal help to get our files. Buyer beware... read more
Not a good experience at all😞
I guess they have more work than they can handle. They came recommended, so I called right away. No response. For mental health discrimination, don't call. Looks like I'm not the only one. WOT
Look elsewhere. Contacted Gilpin Law firm to help with a TORT matter as listed on their website and was asked for a $100 consultation fee. I was then told they don’t handle cases like that. Wasted my time inherently.
