I hired Yvette Mastin as a result of a "friend's" recommendation. After I lost my case I started talking to other people who dealt with her. The following has happened to 3 people including me. She does not pick up the phone when you call her, does not keep you informed, and cancels appointments even when it's absolutely necessary for you to see her. I eventually lost my case even though I should have won. She might possibly be the worst person that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
