We found out in October 2021 that all of my dad's personal belongings comprising of his Bible, wallet, mobile phone, brand new tv, radio and clothing were stolen by a member of staff at the Georgiana and when this issue was raised with the Care Home Manager, she failed to investigate it. In addition, when my dad was taken into Hospital, having contracted Covid-19 in the Care Home, they failed to notify us and we found out by chance when we rang to speak with our dad in the morning. Loved working here as part of agency 🙂 The georgiana keeps up with the covid situation and does the best for the residents. All staff and ensured to follow the covid protocol and are extremely vigilant about the residents health both mentally and physically. They provide one of the best care. All the staff are gentle to one another and helpful.
