I guess I learned far too late how petty, pathetic, and pitiful this fraudulent company is. Its reps lied so many times it was 2 months before I spoke with whomever. Some yayhoo who whipped out some procedural bs to keep from making me whole again. I'll NEVER forget this and the snake oil salesman who offered less than half for my Hyundai in excellent condition. Ive had insurance with them for 1 year as of Nov 7,2024. I paid 193.00 a month. Nov.8,2024 my rate went to 234.00. So I asked why. The response i was given is that the whole state of Indiana insurance rates went up. The same shit Progressive insurance said after Covid. It's all bullshit. Nothing on my driving record. No tickets. No claims. Nothing. But my rate went up 25%. I will never do business with the General again. Not the company they say they are. Just another crooked company.
The support line is abysmal, and their services go down regularly and are not available. I have never met a company so unwilling to take payment before.
Great customer service and everything done in a timely manner...
