$86 for a Mountain bike tire are you serious? I don’t care if it is studded, Simply because he just bought one from you that’s almost in the same condition. Why would I travel an hour from Burlington to a bike shop in Randolph? Because it was the only bike shop in the state that could get me the bike I was looking for. From the ordering to the build, Rob patiently kept up with my changing requests for how I wanted it modified. Even though an hour away, I almost look forward to having it serviced because I've experienced the caring attitude, knowledge and expertise of the staff.
I was in a bit of a jam on my last ride in the area, and stopped by the shop with a plea for help. Robert and Mark helped me out bit time and I appreciate their willingness to get me on my way. Thank you for being stand up people! Support your LBS!
Came in with a busted rear mech cable during a big ride with friends and they turned it around for me in 15min! Top notch, thank you so much.
Great customer service. Super friendly. We walked in and within 30 minutes both our bikes were fixed. Reasonably priced too.
