I was in a bit of a jam on my last ride in the area, and stopped by the shop with a plea for help. Robert and Mark helped me out bit time and I appreciate their willingness to get me on my way. Thank you for being stand up people! Support your LBS!
Came in with a busted rear mech cable during a big ride with friends and they turned it around for me in 15min! Top notch, thank you so much.
Great customer service. Super friendly. We walked in and within 30 minutes both our bikes were fixed. Reasonably priced too.
I dropped a tiny metric screw (with a shoulder to make it even harder to replace) from an old index shifter. I couldn't locate the screw even using a magnet and a prolonged search. I hoped a bike shop could help me and I went to the The Gear House in Randolph VT. They went to the basement and found an old shifter of the same era and gave me the screw that I needed. They were very friendly and helpful.
My bicycle is back in working order for a fair price. And the shop is in town with a public parking lot next door- super easy to access.
