They held a fat bike tryout in February where I was introduced to their business. They were patient and kind with this newbie! $86 for a Mountain bike tire are you serious? I don’t care if it is studded, Simply because he just bought one from you that’s almost in the same condition. It was used for five dollars a month later $86. You guys are not gonna last in this town I can’t believe people still come to your store. Why would I travel an hour from Burlington to a bike shop in Randolph? Because it was the only bike shop in the state that could get me the bike I was looking for. From the ordering to the build, Rob patiently kept up with my changing requests for how I wanted it modified. Even though an hour away, I almost look forward to having it serviced because I've experienced the caring attitude, knowledge and expertise of the staff.
I was in a bit of a jam on my last ride in the area, and stopped by the shop with a plea for help. Robert and Mark helped me out bit time and I appreciate their willingness to get me on my way. Thank you for being stand up people! Support your LBS!
