The seamstress messed up alternations and completely ruined a wedding dress. Disregarded instructions, had 0 ownership and tried to place blame on the customer. Took it to my local tailor and she couldn’t believe the damage that was done. A horrible experience no one else should have to go through.
Though we didn’t end up purchasing anything, my friends and I were immediately greeted with kindness and the employees made us feel very welcome. We had a nice conversation with an older lady working at the time, and over all the service was amazing. Sadly I did not catch the woman’s name who we talked to. 10/10 service
