I've waited a while to post this so all emotions are removed. This firm seemed promising, but in the end, my emails and phone messages were ignored. I was lied to when Jean assured me a response letter had been sent out, only to discover it was never sent.. NEVER. Months later I receive a half hearted apology email basically saying hey we didn't send this letter not sure what happen, do you still want us to move forward, or should we close out now? Took over a month to get my retainer refunded.
Unwilling to help. It's all about money. If big claim they will help if you get screwed and someone sues/claim against you it's for pennies they won't help nor give advice. Noone wants to do what's right. What happened to helping those that are right and stick it to the guy that is wrong. Thanks for I guess a response saying it could be a number of factors of why we won't help you.
