During an ice storm last night my Father was stuck in his car in the parking lot because his door wouldn’t open, during this time I called The Gardens staff, but he was still not inside. I asked them to Help my Father get in the building. My Father was trying to walk on the snow to be safe but there was no more snow to walk on just a skating rink of ice. So with . Was talking to my step dad when the nurse came to give him his night meds. I could hear her say, that’s wonderful, you go back to talking to her, make sure you take these! And she addressed my step dad by his name. She sounded lovely.

I would leave no stars if i could, I know several people who were fired less than a month into them working there because they “aren’t where they need to be” even though they don’t train anyone whatsoever. They just get trainees to follow people around and they don’t show anyone how to do anything at all and expect trainees to be comfortable working nights alone with only two to four “training”shifts. Yet they complain that no one wants to work or they can’t find anyone to work

Perfect place to retire. Very quiet and clean. Staff are friendly.
