I have been here since October 2024, 1 month after being here I and my son was ready to find another apartment for me. To much stress, you can get fussed at just for asking a simple question. It's new executive director and med tech here and other staff that are not easy to talk to.. everything is always the residents fault. I have only meet 2 med tech that have a beautiful heart of gold with helping the resident and I am grateful for them lasondra and Lynn are the best. Dina graciously gave me a tour of The Gardens. The Gardens is clean with good size rooms for their residents. I witnessed great interactions between the staff and residents. The staff was very respectful, gracious, and caring towards the residents. Great place.
I've been hereaottal of7 days I've eaten 1of those due me not eating but food not being offered a few timesasqell this place is a last result t ype of place it could be me but some staffers acts if you stepped on thereshoes twice and kept walking there sliver lining here not enough for what you have to b payment you a week and I know it can sink lower without fail I'm looking for kiss my butt service just gave a dawn care a helpful heart feel pretty sure the ones who do are gone long gone from this painted prison I stay here... read more
