The Gardens has been an excellent choice for our family member. Every single encounter with staff has been amazing. As for our step-dad, it's now his home. Thanks so much to all..mere words are not enough.

I know that my loved one is well cared for, it is comforting to be kept up-to-date constantly as to outbreaks, and general news of what’s happening on the third floor. Many thanks also to the recreational team for all they do to entertain them and keep them happy. The gardens is always Welcoming, super clean, Everyone always cheerfully greeting. Thank you thank you.🤗

The loving care and attention given to all the residents and their families. I also love to see the positive interaction between and amongst the staff. It warms my heart to see them give each other a spontaneous hug, or smile and a ready assist when asked. As a family member I’m welcomed when I step off the elevator and I’m made to feel part of the overall team caring for my husband.

I value the family environment. Each person who works there or lives there is honoured for who they are and what they bring to each day. It’s a difficult job to care for the constant needs and the variety of need but each me my sister has reached out to Stephanie and the staff she has been heard and everyone has tried to make changes if necessary. Our experience for our stepfather has been amazing. Everyone is so caring & compassionate. He is very happy and settled despite having been there only a few months.
