Easily the most toxic, cruel, chaotic and chronically understaffed healthcare workplace experience within my 20 year career as a registered RCA, having worked in various long term care facilities throughout coastal British Columbia. Save yourself the stress and seek out an employer who actually values and respects their employees and residents…they do exist!

The Gardens has been an excellent choice for our family member. Every single encounter with staff has been amazing. As for our step-dad, it's now his home. Thanks so much to all..mere words are not enough.

I know that my loved one is well cared for, it is comforting to be kept up-to-date constantly as to outbreaks, and general news of what’s happening on the third floor. Many thanks also to the recreational team for all they do to entertain them and keep them happy. The gardens is always Welcoming, super clean, Everyone always cheerfully greeting. Thank you thank you.🤗

The loving care and attention given to all the residents and their families. I also love to see the positive interaction between and amongst the staff. It warms my heart to see them give each other a spontaneous hug, or smile and a ready assist when asked. As a family member I’m welcomed when I step off the elevator and I’m made to feel part of the overall team caring for my husband.
