The business office manager lily is amazing shes very pleasant and helpful.
Worked well to get my parents accomodations they requested, but slow to fix a serious sewer smell. Staff is amazing and very patient to care for them both.
Getting worse by the day! Not doing what they’re supposed to and servicing horrible food. So sad
You’ve got to see the beautiful facilities and meet the AMAZING staff!! Our brother was in Brook Ridge Independent Living care for two years and only for a short stay at The Gardens Assisted Living. The Administrative staff: Estella, Elsa and Nurse Claudia were incredible!!! Every need was met with the utmost care, respect and dignity!!
