I had a very unfortunate experience at The Garden Spa today during my Brow wax and shape appointment with Lizzie. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time, but the grounds were still all locked up as my therapist had not yet arrived. Once she did arrive, we got a fairly quick start only a few minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I requested my brow arch to be cleaned up a bit and to maintain a big brow look. Renee is absolutely amazing. Hands down the best treatment in the area. Renee is a true professional with great attention to detail from the moment you arrive. She makes you feel cared for and pampered. I loved the facial and you can tell she really loves her job and her clients. I will be back.
