This review is somewhat delayed but I wanted to ensure that I submitted it as my experience at the Garden Spa was exceptional. I booked the Couples Ultimate Bliss package with my 98 year old mother. Jessica was my therapist and Jazmine was my mother's. My experience was one of the best I've had, I fell asleep for most of it and apparently was snoring but I guess that is the whole point of a massage. I just had a wonderful massage with Jessica. It was the perfect balance between relaxing and therapeutic. My back and neck feel amazing. I highly recommend her.
I had a very unfortunate experience at The Garden Spa today during my Brow wax and shape appointment with Lizzie. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time, but the grounds were still all locked up as my therapist had not yet arrived. Once she did arrive, we got a fairly quick start only a few minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I requested my brow arch to be cleaned up a bit and to maintain a big brow look.
