Good place love it
Beautiful, clean and well designed space. All facilitators were helpful and worked well together. The food was delicious, simple and there was a pronounced effort to make economical, nutritious snacks and main dishes. Their garden space reflects rain water harvesting, above ground containers and there were chickens and compost. Most importantly it was fun! Thank you. I'll return
The Garbanzo bean class was an eye-opener! Had never seen, nor eaten, a fresh garbanzo bean before and was surprised at its versatility - and affordable cost. The cooking demo was clear and could be duplicated easily at home. Lovely to taste the recipes - another boost to replicating the experience. The Asian Flavors class was tasty and showed how easy it is to stir fry! A bonus is the knife skills practice that comes with chopping so many vegetables! Lunch of all our creations was tasty and a great treat.
