Great experience! I came in to check out two bikes — the Top Fuel 5 Deore and the Trek Fuel EX 8 XT. While the shop seems more focused on servicing and parts than sales, the staff still knew enough to help me confidently choose the Fuel EX 8 XT. Thanks to a Trek promotion, I got it for $3,200 instead of the $4,300 retail price. Couldn’t be happier!
My husband and I rented e-bikes to try them out to see how we liked them. We rode with 2 others who were experienced riders. The owners seemed helpful and gave us a bike route to try that was ‘down by the Kinni River.’ Only problem was it was not a ride there -it was more like the garage sale tour of River Falls! Halfway through our rental the stem of the handlebars came loose on my husbands e-bike. There was no tool provided for him to tighten it!
