Lady who answers the phone never asked for my name or contact information yet swiftly said we'll call you back. I called back 3 mins later then she pretended not to hear me. Very unprofessional customer service and rude.
I agree with Gabe L. I feel that they look to see how much they can get out if the company and not how they can help you. This is why people who are bullied at work cannot get help..
