Everyone is very friendly and listens to our concerns.
Great new facility. Desk staff fabulous. My mom hated it. The carpet was visually distracting. She found most of the food inedible. The medical staff were not supportive. She was charged for services not received. Overall, value for dollar spent not realized.
I came to the Gallery to assist a client. I am impressed with the way you enter the bldg and reception addresses you, the sign in process and just the overall welcome feeling upon entering. I did not interact with staff this week although I did last week and that person was also very kind, polite, and considerate towards myself and my client. The building in general seems to have a good flowing floor plan. More windows per unit would be nice but overall satisfactory. Seems a nice place to live. I would like to update my revi... read more
