I'm part of a band that plays monthly at The Gables. We've been doing this for going on two years. In the time we've spent there, I've seen nothing but happy faces and concerned attendants. The people who work there know their clients by name and interact with joy and care. The clients are friendly and seem to be quite happy. What a great place for eldercare.

Would give 0 if it were possible. I rarely write public reviews, but what I witnessed during my visit to The Gables on Pelham has left me deeply shaken, and I feel compelled to share my experience. My granddaughter is helping me write this because I want my concerns to be expressed clearly. My beloved mother resides in the memory care unit, and during a recent visit I witnessed what I can only describe as a heartbreaking lack of compassion and professionalism. My husband was there 25 days. The staff,Nurses,PT,Tech’s. Kitchen workers,CNA’S volunteers,FABULOUS PLACE. W highly recommend!! God, Bless Them All, for their LABOR OF LOVE!!

I’m disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care shown at The Gables. My loved one is a resident there, and we are facing many challenges and issues. My loved one called me concerned when the HR person was seen running in the hallway screaming and cursing at the recently terminated employee. This is troubling behavior overall. This is unacceptable, especially for a care facility that supports and serves vulnerable people. Management is unprofessional, and poor management is only one of my concerns.
