The management doesn’t care about your family or their staff, they care about their image and only those that fit into this image. I know multiple people who have been fired or forced into putting their two weeks in because they didn’t fit this image but they were AMAZING staff. They let all their hard working staff go to keep their uneducated and incompetent employees instead of keeping the staff that actually care about their residents safety and wellbeing.
