Good collection They have a very nice collection of futons amongst other things. If you are in the market for a futon, you may wanna look at Ikea as well. The selection is available at very comptetitive prices PROS: Nice collection CONS: May wanna check out Ikea
Good beds for cheap! I bought a futon here and the lady described all the different types and really made sure that I had the right bedding for my needs. They helped me get it into my car, and even gave me a discount on a futon cover. I would go back because they were so friendly and helpful. PROS: good service and quality CONS: futons are not for everybody, but they save space and money
Terrible Service I'm happy with the end product, but getting there was a total hassle. First, my order was mishandled; it was not processed correctly and the inventory check inaccurately said that they had product in stock. Ultimately, what should have taken a week to get took 3-4 weeks. The store manager was helpful, offered me free delivery and set up due to the problem; then the regional manager overturned his offer. The Futon Shop should be avoided Avoid The Futon Shop at all costs!!! Suzanne, the owner, intentionally and blatantly mis-leads you at the time of purchase regarding their non-existent return policy and the quality of their furniture. I spent $1500 on their BEST mattress and frame, had it a total of 8 days and it was bottoming out, slipping off the frame, getting lumpy, and generally revealing itself to be a complete piece of crap.
