Sales men don't do nothing through out the whole day yet they never pick up the phone . Bought some 'leather couches' n peal off right away. Rip offf. I would never buy nothing from this place. Useless store, bad customer service and also not goid quality.
NO STARS>>> spent$ 1350. 2 new couches 4 days later fell apart... GARBAGE>> wish i would have read reviews first.... 14 pages of negative reviews about poor quality...on yelp...Waranty is useless will only fix one time............
My girlfriend purchased a queen bed frame there recently and when she got it home we realized that we didn't really need it, so we thought we would just take it back. so, we waited a couple days when we were close to the store and had time to go in. She was told she had to see the cashier who informed her that they have a no return policy. It isn't like it was something that we used and then returned, which 99% of the stores today will allow you to do because they want satisfied customers. terrible delivery service the furniture store gave the wrong address the the delivery company i waited up to 10 pm on my furniture and receive a phone call saying thy had the wrong address i had to cancel a whole day AGAIN to wait on my furniture i understand mistakes happen but this is unacceptable especially when all of the furniture was paid in cash aside from the fact that they never answer there phones at the store highly disappointed would not recommend this furniture store
