My experience with Furniture Warehouse was great from start to finish. My sales people were Julia and Adam. I spent a lot of time in person with Julia and she was very patient with me. On Julia’s day off, Adam stepped in to finish the sale and get my order turned in quickly. He ended up having to show me several pieces of furniture via phone and text and did it without hesitation. Cecil from Bradenton Store was at the North Sarasota store for the first time filling in. When he approached me, he was professional and laid-back. Upon looking at leather reclining sofas, he gave me a couple of options with a couple of different features without pressuring me in anyway. Exceptional customer service and products! I live in Central Florida and a large furniture store chain could not obtain my selected Panama Jack furniture without months on months delays.
