We purchased new living room furniture from them and the quality is very poor. We've had it less than a year and contacted them about the fact that there were issues with the couch from day one. Instead of offering to just replace the couch, they sent out a "repairman" to look at it and decide to order a replacement "end" which we waited over 2 weeks for.
