Deleted my comment from July which I had originally gave a 5 star rating. We ordered a new bunk bed for my daughter and a bed frame for my son. Everything from walking in to the store and purchase was wonderful. No complaints. It was when the furniture was delivered where everything took a turn downhill. The two gentleman who came to deliver/assemble the furniture 1. Took over 4 hours to only put the bunk bed together and when my husband went to check there was a huge crack in one of the pieces & they put it together wrong. ... read more
