I bought a dining table from this company when I opened it ,it was broken which was sad but when I called them they resolved the issue right away ,gave me a refund and told me to keep the table . Amazing service I will shop again . They are honest and have amazing stuff.
We bought a vanity for our bathroom in our basement that is currently being renovated. Before leaving the store, I did inquire about return policy, and if I ran into issues ie damages he said to call and we should not have any problems. I do take full responsibility for not checking for damage at the store. The vanity was stored in my garage before we were ready to install. My contractor was really behind in his timeline.
