I found this business on FB. Found sofa bed I wanted and placed the order. (L Shaped Prahran Sofa Bed). They called to arrange a delivery date and to ask if I wanted the lounge suite put together and packaging taken away which I could also arrange with the delivery person. Everything was so easy. Loved how they displayed a contact number and warehouse address. Also love the lounge itself and the amount of storage it has. I first purchased a dining set from them, but unfortunately one of the chairs had scratches on the seat cushion. I claimed with them. It took about two weeks to process the case and approve a replacement (unfortunately, it took another six weeks for the replacement to arrive). However, throughout the entire process, they kept me updated at every stage, which I truly appreciated.
