We bought an office chair on clearance and picked it up the same day. Putting it together took under 10 mins. Really happy with the quality, feels solid and the 360 swivel is smooth. This shop definitely sells good stuff. Only thing is I wish it had a headrest, but it still does the job. Keen to come back for some bedroom furniture soon

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with The Furniture People. We reported a damaged dressing table and mirror on 28 March, and nearly a month later (29 April), the issue is still unresolved with no clear outcome or accountability. Communication has been very poor. Several of our emails have either been ignored or met with vague, repetitive responses that don’t actually move the situation forward.
