Very disappointed with my experience. When I placed my order, the estimated lead time was 12 weeks. After payment was confirmed, this was changed to 16 weeks, followed by another delay. Communication throughout the process was poor, and I had to follow up myself to get updates. Because of the extended delays, I moved house and could no longer collect the item from the warehouse as originally planned. We purchased the Parilla L shaped sofa bed from TFP in Broadmeadows Vic. Although it took some time to be delivered (shipping reasons not TFPs doing) we absolutely love it! The material is lovely and soft. The couch is firm but comfy and relatives say they had a restful night sleep in the bed. Thanks again.
