We hv been in the process of building our house and needed help furnishing the dining and living rooms. Although TFP are a furniture company they went above and beyond by giving us great advice on style and how to mix and match colours. Very helpful and kind staffs. Our build was delayed by two months, but they kindly secured all the furniture in their warehouse until we were ready. Once we got the green light, everything was delivered smoothly. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM I PURCHASED A SOFA A FEW YEARS AGO, AND IT WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED AND PROMISED. I TOOK THEM TO VCAT AND WON, THEY WERE ORDERED TO PAY ME, BUT IT HAS BEEN A YEAR AND REFUSE TO DO SO. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TO PAY ME, BUT THE OWNER ALWAYS DENIES. VERY DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE BUY AUSTRALIAN MADE AND OWNED, ATLEAST THEY ARE HONEST AND RECTIFY ISSUES RESPONSIBLY.
