Ordered 3 weeks ago.We ordered via B&Q not realising they are using a 3rd party. Our sofas, according to B&Q are via a company called Olympia Furniture, but we have since discovered that they are ALSO using a 3rd party company which happens to be this absolute nightmare of a ‘business’ 😡 Told delivery will be Saturday 2nd August.Discarded old sofa at the local rubbish dump after being told sofa was on lorry and on its way.5pm still no sofas.Contacted them AGAIN,apparently lorry had broken down,didn’t think to contact custom... read more
Bought a chest of drawers today the guy who served me was amazing and so polite and helpful will see u soon for my settee
I would not recommend buying anything from here. They are bad businessmen that would do anything to trick you into buying. We got our sofa from here, didn't tell us it had a rip on the side, which we didn't see when we looked at it as it was in-between 2 other sofas so you couldn't see the sides of it. Only noticed it when it was delivered and they didn't want to exchange it for us, or give us a discount or a refund. Alex and Wayne were great. They offered us a good price on 2 designer Sofas which saved us a lot on new. They also offered to store and deliver them at our convenience. After sale service could have been better. We've since been back to buy a bedroom suite. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for good quality furniture and affordable prices.
