Back rooms initial vibe interrupted by the kindest, most knowledgeable guy. Donald helped both my fiancée and myself narrow in on exactly what we both were looking for. He took great effort to demonstrate the build quality of the manufacturer as if it were his own creation and I respect that. Beware, if timely service is needed, this isn't the place. We were very satisfied with the purchase process, until there were issues. Brand new coach and loveseat (Flexsteel) delivered in 12/19/25. Called regarding mechanical issues on 3/29/26, first available tech 4/19, after 10 minutes eval determined it needs new parts, 4/30 told parts have been ordered and will take another 2-6 weeks for parts to come in and a new tech appointment would be scheduled at that time.
