Had a fantastic experience working with Justin Murphy to find our new mattress. This store was inviting and all the staff were friendly. Justin was attentive and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed or pushed in any direction. I would absolutely recommend Justin and this Furniture Mart to anyone.
Justin helped us pick out a new couch, two new chairs, coffee table, and end table. We then came back later in the afternoon and decided to purchase a bed with adjustable base and he helped us with that as well. Excellent job Justin. We appreciate you.
We bought a couch and chair for around $2400 and had a protection thing on our couch, the couch started falling apart within a few weeks of owning it, threads were coming lose, the fabric wasn’t holding up at all. We called multiple times for it to be fixed and they said they would have someone out to fix it, they never came. Called again and the manager said they’d call us back after speaking with higher ups about how to handle our situation, never called back.
