Beware, if timely service is needed, this isn't the place. We were very satisfied with the purchase process, until there were issues. Brand new coach and loveseat (Flexsteel) delivered in 12/19/25. Called regarding mechanical issues on 3/29/26, first available tech 4/19, after 10 minutes eval determined it needs new parts, 4/30 told parts have been ordered and will take another 2-6 weeks for parts to come in and a new tech appointment would be scheduled at that time.
