Was at Canterbury Downs for Father's day, won a Free LazyBoy Recliner promotion. We'll, after my windfall we went to the Shakopee Funature Mart. It was a coupon for $500 twards the purchase of a new Lazyboy Recliner. Even though it was not free, I purchased one anyway. After the purchase I was informed that it would be shipped a little closer to where I live to be picked up. We'll, now 2 weeks later I now have no Lazy Boy and am out my purchased price. Great experience! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and provided enough attention while giving enough space to shop around. Holly at the Medford location was the absolute best throughout the entire process!!! They also have a great team of delivery drivers who were on-time and professional, and the Customer Care team is easy to deal with if/when needed!
