Couldn’t speak more highly of Andrew, the Store Manager at the Jandakot store. He genuinely cares about your experience and goes out of his way to help. Professional, kind and easy to deal with throughout. Really happy with my new Riviera table set, a very positive experience overall.
I chose a beautiful Bremer Bay sideboard to place in an alcove in the bedroom I converted to be a sitting room for my Mum. The size was absolutely perfect. Looks like a bespoke piece commissioned for the space Purchasing was easy. Do not shop here!! I placed an order for a bed a couple of weeks ago and have since lost my house and have nowhere for the bed to be delivered too (obviously) I cancelled the order as it is a 3 month wait anyway, now they are telling me I can’t cancel my order or get my deposit back! So they are literally just going to keep the bed and not return my deposit, staff have absolutely no compassion and think they are within their rights (no one even told me when I placed the order that I couldn’t cancel the order) absolutely disg... read more
