Wasted time and gas travelling all over the lower mainland to find some furniture items we had been looking for. Nearly got sucked into paying way too much for a solid wood bed and sofa bed when we found exactly what we needed and loved at the Furniture Center. Some beds made right there in Maple Ridge. Friendly, knowledgeable service, no hovering middlemen like at other stores and many items in stock, so it's easy to see, compare and buy. Brian is the most un-salesy salesperson I have ever met. He listened to my budget restrictions and gave me several mattress options on paper, and also filed a copy for other reps to find if I came around again. I highly recommend shopping here. I experienced 0% pressure, and 100% satisfaction. Plus they feature Canadian made!
Can’t say enough good things about Brian. Bought a few things from them over the years and never a single issue.
We went to see dining room chairs. They had a nice selection and good prices. The staff were good, not too assertive. Good experience. Not sure about buying, but still shopping. The parking here is a bit challenging, not a lot of room. November 2024 Purchased a swivel chair for the living room. They had it made for us, our choice of fabric,pattern etc. We were told about 4 weeks and it arrived in about 3! When we get it home we did have a problem with 1 leg, but they had someone here the next day to make it right. He arrived... read more
