Absolutely horrible customer service. We ordered a kitchen island on September 18 and were told it would be delivered between October 4 and October 9 from San Francisco. No communication from Furniture Authority by October 9, the end of the delivery period. Called them and they said that the item had "been dispatched" and we would be hearing from the driver "Max" and that the delivery would be late last week or early this week. No communication from Max....... Called again today, October 14, and got the exact same response. ... read more
Ordered 6 Black Rope chairs. All arrived and in great condition.
Do not buy from this company!!! I bought a dining room table from them paid over $600 for it and it cracked in several places on the top and was hardly used less than a year of purchasing. The company would not do anything!
Your delivery people are amazing right up there with sales! Thank you so much for taking the time to find the chairs I wanted by checking your inventory in your warehouses, find them and getting them delivered to me quickly!
Love my vanity and stool set! Had a hard time locating, they had it and had great customer service too. Highly recommend Furniture Authority!
