Thank you so much for the professional service you provided at the funeral for our beloved Dad John at the beginning of February. Everything was seamless, and our relatives overseas who were unable to attend were able to share the day with us. The picture and sound quality was excellent, both in church and at the cemetery, and all important moments were captured.

Does this man ever sleep! Shaun gave us very good and clear advice at the start. Worked tirelessly to make sure everything was just as we wanted it. Completed the videos in a very short window. Also completed extra videos and dealt with the funeral directors on our behalf. Has answered a million questions along the way with good grace and patience. We used this company to live stream a family funeral for relatives overseas who were unable to attend in person. Unfortunately, despite purchasing two streams to ensure everyone could participate, one of the streams failed to work. We followed all the instructions provided and even used two separate hotspots to avoid bandwidth issues, but the second stream displayed an error message and did not go live. Shaun, thank you for providing a discreet, professional, and high quality streaming service for our Mum's home-going.
