Great service from Function Joint Team. Ordered my shoes and they were packed and sent out really quickly. would definitely recommend!!
I’ve purchased from them a few times over the years but really dislike how their sale shoe items are always $149.98 conveniently 2 cents below the $150 free shipping to ensure you must pay for shipping. The $150 minimum for free shipping is already well above industry minimums for free shipping and to constantly be a couple cents below is a slimey tactic which puts a bad taste in customers mouths
One of the best businesses I have ever purchased from. Kimberley and the team go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. From returning shoes to try different sizes to warranty on faulty products. I absolutely cannot fault their professionalism and passion to ensure the customer is looked after and has a great experience. Can’t recommend these guys enough! And I wish them all the success in their business
Great service, Prompt Delivery, Great product - got my Vivo barefoot Gobi IV Mens and have had them for a few months. I wear them to work daily and I ride a motorbike so I expect some wear and tear. They have held up as good as any boots I have. 10/10
Extremely fast delivery. Detailed description on product, exchanges and returns (which weren't needed). And had a product I couldnt find anywhere else. Thank you.
