Sloppy work, late and full of mistakes. Took my return to another CPA and she made several corrections that saved me $ 1,350 in taxes. Rude and unprofessional.
Very unprofessional. Very egotistical. Extremely full of themselves. Will make you feel unworthy of their time. Will smile in your face and talk badly behind your back. If you think they can’t stoop any lower, you’re in for a surprise. The worst experience I have ever had with a tax professional. When I expressed my displeasure with their service they sent me a disengagement letter as a response. One star is too many for this company.
Recommended by a friend, we were first in contact with Dean and Jessie in August of 2021. We provided our previous year returns and first quarter financials to review, anticipating they would be preparing our 2021 returns. The initial correspondence was warm and welcoming. Fast forward to January 15, 2022. I received an email today, notifying me that my business was not a "good fit" for them and that I needed to look elsewhere to have my taxes prepared.
