Ashlee was friendly and very knowledgeable about everything that was going on. She went above and beyond to make sure that all of my questions were met and answered quickly and with enough information that I knew what was happening through every step of the process. Not only did she make sure that I was heard she made sure to help me understand everything that was going on and why the process is what it is. I cant thank her enough for the drive and professionalism that she applied to me.
