Ordered the Cloudultra Pro online, followed up the next day with a phone call to check details all correct. The wrong shoe still managed to arrive (Cloudultra 3). Quite frustrating initially. However, a very helpful, friendly and courteous follow-up call and resolution had it resolved. Aside from the human touch and thoughtful resolution it was really hard to find the On Cloudultra Pro, none of the other main sellers had it in stock in Men US 11 size.
