I am so thankful to have an account at a bank that has tells that understand life happens.
They processed a check incorrectly resulting in $200 of fees that I will never get back. They take no responsibility for creating the error. For a very small business 200 is a big deal. They advertise talking to a person on their call waiting system. This whole situation could have been prevented with a single phone call.
