Horrible bank Customer service is terrible No online banking old fashioned and won’t work U call them they will respond via email next 3 days and always no answer You responding iam not your client proof my review is 100% look in your database However update your websites and let customers access their accounts Also hire more people to handle you’re customers

My mother passed away a year ago. I was assigned her executor on her last will, and testament, and there are no other siblings. I was an only child. No service. I called them days before for cashing a check since 1st time were on hold over a week. Instead of helping they said they cant. I called them days before the check date.
