While branches are friendly enough, the software and applications look and feel like they were built in less than 15 minutes. Constantly timing out, buttons displaying in areas of the screen where they cannot be reached, balances not lining up. The worst is the policies of this banks leaders. They care nothing for their customers. Closing accounts with no warning, stating that limits for withdrawal or deposits can be lifted, and then not lifting them. Every minute working with this bank is a minute I would love to have back.... read more
