I had a pinched nerve in my neck that came on very suddenly. Elisha was able to schedule me in at the last minute and was able to work through the pinched nerve so I could move my neck. It’s obvious that she has been doing this for a long time and is great at it!

Recommend the massages at the Fox Zen, they are very good. Website availability and booking was very easy to see and schedule. Massage therapist reviewed initial appointment information and concerns that you want to address prior to heading to the massage room. She is very knowledgeable about the autonomic Nervous system and calming the body so that it can better help in the healing process. amazing !! it was my first time trying this and it was so great. i went to the fox zen for relaxation and that’s definitely what i was feeling when i left! i will be back for sure, i’m excited to see what happens when we integrate all the other points into the massage. thank you so much elisha!
