This place has the work customer service Ive ever seen at a folf course The women working at the counter is rude and aeems very unhappy doing her job we spent over $300 to golf here and came as a family, and my daughter had some balls that she was gonna purchase and after her Dad paid she was walking up to the counter and it was obvious to me that the lady at the counter, thought she was going to steal those balls They really need to work on their customer experience. I won't be back.

I wish I could rate this lower than one star because I golfed here in the summer and was chased off the course by sprinklers half way into my round. After getting sass from the grounds keeper when we asked if they could be turned off until we were done and absolutely no empathy from the pro shop, I walked away half way through my round with no refund of apology. One of the cups was entirely filled with water….but I guess that’s just how they do business here. Really brutal customer service, alright course. Wouldn’t go here e... read more

During a Saturday round, at around 7:00pm (during peak summer hours, with the sun setting at around 9) the course turned the sprinklers on at every green on the course. The greens were soaked, changing the pace of putting we were accustomed to all round, and soaking anyone trying to make a putt or chip around the greens. The worst customer service ever, no course I’ve been to features more entitled staff members. We booked a tee-time last minute and the starter attempted to chew me and my friend out for our names not being on his sheet. He ended his annoyed monologue by directing us to “see him after our round” as if we were elementary school children. On top of this they overbook the course as much as possible, with 2 foursomes waiting on the same tee box often.
