The receptionist Kristie was so rude. She huge up the phone in everyone face that would call to learn about the services provided. She should be fired for being so unprofessional. How rude of her. It is not safe hear with her a part of staff please investigate.
Our family has had a very positive experience with this assisted living community. The staff are consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely caring—they treat residents with dignity and respect, not just as patients but as people.
Always a joy to visit the residents are always happy and the staff is amazing I wish I could give them a 10 star review
