I recently taught a CPR class here. The culture is impressive. Engaged and caring group of people. The Fountains is where I would want my Mom to go, if she ever needed care.

My tour was nice. Facilities were extremely clean and fresh, no awkward smells and everyone seemed well cared for and dressed.

Moved my mother in law into this community a few months ago. The experience was great from tour to now! The Executive Director, who also was their marketer, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful making the process smooth and seamless in one of the toughest times for our family. One of the best and most comforting feelings is hearing my mother in law refer to the facility as “home”. Thank you, Fountains!

Since Navion took over, this facility has done nothing but go downhill. They are very short staffed, especially on the weekends. Memory Care had a Director when Mom moved in and she was awesome! Now, they can’t find anyone to take the job. They need someone that will walk around and see what needs to be done or fixed or when they need extra help to fill in for someone that calls in sick. Never consider this facility for your loved ones. We were looking for an assisted living facility for my mother-in-law. The top one on our list was The Fountains. On our tour, we were charmed. The facility is clean, well designed, and beautiful. My mother-in-law liked the facility, and we did too. At her ability assessment it was determined that she would need transportation to and from the dining room and assistance at shower time. It would cost extra for this help.
