Poor service the nurses and help are poorly trained.
Great place for seniors to live! Highly recommend a tour and see what they have to offer!
Generally good for my Mom. However, I am really disappointed in followup after her death in March. Trying to get her used portion of her deposit refunded, over $20,000, but they are very poor in communicating and returning calls. They promised the refund would be coming, but still no check or call. It has been over 2 1/2 months since she passed! Not good. Very disappointed.
The assisted-living floor was not a good place for my mom. The care depended upon who was working that day. A huge turn over in staff and nurses and the care was never consistent. We ended up moving my mother out early due to the lack of care
I can only speak for the memory care unit. The staff and caregivers are extraordinary people with big hearts and always willing to help.
