I had a unique situation as a new business owner and working on my house at the same time. A bigger bank that is local that I will not mention left me hanging out to dry. I’ve used Fountain Trust for probably like 5 years and have never had an issue at any of the banks that I have been to. All staff interactions across the board have been nothing but pleasant with knowledgeable staff as well. Much appreciation to everyone at the Monticello branch for being kind, courteous, and respectful during every interaction I have had with them!!!
