Shockingly bad customer service. My mother died last month and had an account here. I had POA on the account. I called to find out what information they would need from me following my mother's death, and the bank representative told me I would have to come in to get any information and abruptly hung up on me. I've had a difficult time getting accurate and consistent information from the employees at Fountain Trust. Twice I've taken time off work to visit the Ferry Street location to try to get an issue resolved related to my father's estate. After the first visit, they told me what I needed to do to resolve the issue. Then when I returned the second time to resolve the issue, they said, no, you actually need to take this other step -- contradicting what they told me the first time.
