I like in the service
The people who speak Spanish do not have customer service skills at all. I’ve had a really bad experience at the bank on Creasy Lane, especially with them. They’re there to kindly help people, but what can you expect when not even the manager named Vanessa has customer service skills to be able to help you. I’ll make sure to report this situation to HR because they don’t treat people well and will speak to you in a condescending manner in front of others.
