I booked a massage and whirlpool for my significant other and I...it was very underwhelming. The woman (forgive me I cannot remember her name) who set up the whirlpool was great - very professional! The whirlpool was ok - glorified jacuzzi, but I knew that going in. After was our couples massage - the room was cold, and it looked more like a surgical room, rather than a relaxing spa room. The best facial I’ve ever had! My skin has never looked this good. The esthetician took the time to explain every step and customized the treatment for my skin type. The whole spa feels like a peaceful retreat — clean, elegant, and luxurious.
