Ugh, so disappointed to have paid a hefty fee for “lifetime” laser hair removal to not even be halfway through the process and the business is closing! I showed consistent respect and kindness to the staff, to not even be told at my recent visit that the business was closing and the client list would be sold to another business that doesn’t offer the same services. 1/14/2024 Update: I ended up paying my lifetime laser treatment off in full only for the owner not to inform me the business was going under. That's a super shady business practice and I hope no one else has to deal with a business operated this way. He instead sold his client list to another practice who doesn't honor life time plans. There goes thousands of dollars with zero visible results. When I emailed asking for a refund for zero results, the answer was "Yountain of Youth doesn't have the money to refund anyone"..
