I just called the store to ask about hiring a formal dress, and I was absolutely blown away by the service! Georgia was above and beyond helpful she clearly explained everything to me, answered all my questions with kindness and patience, and made me feel so welcomed even over the phone. I haven’t even visited the shop yet, but I already have such a fantastic feeling about the whole experience. I genuinely can’t wait to come in next week and try on a dress. Great range of quality designer dresses. Very helpful staff who were attentive and listened to what we wanted. Great idea to have appointments for 30 and 60 minutes now to allow extra fitting sessions. Thank you and highly recommend!

We had the best experience from start to finish! From the day we chose the dress to the easy return process- everything was so seamless. The store is beautifully presented and thoughtfully laid out, making it so easy to browse through the huge variety of dresses. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient, they never rushed our decision, and gave us all the time we needed to find the perfect dress. I would recommend this place a thousand times over.
